About the School
Minnapalayam Higher Secondary School has been serving the community with quality education for the past 41 years. With a dedicated team of 22 teachers and a total student strength of 257, the school continues to make remarkable strides in nurturing young minds.
Leadership and Vision
Today, under the leadership of Headmaster Mr. S. Venkadachalam, the school is taking new steps to equip students with essential skills for the future. We approached Mr. Venkadachalam with the idea of starting Spoken English classes, and he gave us his full support and encouragement. For the past three years, he has been continuously supporting us to run this program smoothly.
About the Spoken English Program
We started our Spoken English classes on 12th July 2023 to help students improve their fluency and communication skills in English — an important tool for their academic and career success. These classes are conducted after regular school hours, from 4:30 PM to 5:10 PM, ensuring that students can learn without affecting their regular studies.
Currently, 37 students are receiving spoken English training through these special classes conducted by our dedicated teachers, Ms. Sandhiya and Ms. Kalaiselvi. With their patient guidance and practical teaching methods, students are learning to speak English more clearly and confidently.
We are proud to share that this program is supported by our sponsor, Team Seattle, whose contribution makes it possible for us to run these classes free of cost and reach more students in need.

We are also grateful for the great support we receive from the Parent-Teacher Association, whose encouragement plays a vital role in making this program successful and sustainable.
